if you place simon and remove him (with the x button) when he's tweaking and place him again, the glow effect will stay and his sound will kinda freeze and play again at an insane speed, if you repeat the proccess, eventually it will be very loud and potentially make someone go deaf
but if you do it by clicking him, the glowing part along with the sound will go away, but Simon himself will remain on the screen while still playing his animation (and yes the glowing part will still appear when it's supposed to (as in if you didn't click on him), and when the loop is over his animation will stop.
